  9. we only ask that you PLEASE reread your documentation carefully, and that

  13. communicate so in writing, including as much information as possible about your
  14. system (as well as background software such as resident utilities and your
  15. version of DOS) so that we can be of better service to you.  If you provide
  16. inadequate information, it takes much longer to solve the particular problem
  17. and frustrates everyone.
